Michel Roux Passes Away Aged 78

It was with the deepest sadness that we learned of the passing of Michel Roux, an inspiring friend for almost 35 years, with whom we had the privilege to work on so many successful books, and to share so many joyful moments. He will be greatly missed by us all, and we shall honour his inimitable legacy through our continued work on his brilliant books, many of which remain the definitive works on their subjects, and which together encapsulate the richness of an extraordinary life’s work.
