Gavin Jackson is a journalist based in London. He is an economics and finance correspondent at The Economist and was previously an economics reporter at the Financial Times for eight years. He studied economics in Barcelona and Oxford, and has worked at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.

His first book, Money In One Lesson, is published by Pan Macmillan.
