Christina Kruse
Christina joined the agency in 2021 after working as a translator for several years. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and an MA in Literary Translation from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Alongside her work in the Translation Rights department, Christina represents a select list of German-language authors.
A native speaker, Christina is open to German-language submissions only. Alongside adult fiction and non-fiction, she also considers manuscripts in the children’s and YA space. Across all segments, she is drawn to well crafted, voice-driven stories with heart and is particularly interested in narratives that take place in the margins as well as fresh and thoughtful perspectives that go against the grain.
