Sam Brown (aka Mrs AuDHD) is co-founder of the UK charity ADHDadultUK and co-host of The ADHD Adults Podcast. Sam uses her personal experiences with ADHD and autism to help others navigate their own neurodivergent journeys. In addition to her charity work, Sam is an executive administrator and runs an online community for adults with ADHD.
